💰 Package: ₹2.9 LPA

 🪙 Stipend / Salary:

₹19,000 + ₹1,000 (first 3 months) monthly

₹19,000 + ₹2,000 (after 3rd month onwards)

 🎯 Incentives: Up to ₹42,000 (Performance-based, OJT onwards)

📚 Training Duration: 10 weeks (5 + 5)

 ⏰ Shift Window: 12:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Rotational)

 🗓️ Week Offs: 2 per week

 🚗 Cab Facility: Both ways (Pune only)

Voice Process:

Chat Process:

 1️⃣ HR Round

 2️⃣ Versant Test (Cut-off: 55) – Screenshot required

 3️⃣ Typing Test (40 WPM, 85% accuracy) – Screenshot required

 4️⃣ Mock Chat (Scenario-based via Google Talk)

 5️⃣ Operations Round

🎓 Education: Minimum 10+2

 👥 Age Limit: Up to 32 years (Freshers) / 44 years (Experienced)
